Wednesday’s Wallpaper of the Week

Today’s wallpaper is one of my favorites yet! The photographer who goes by the mysterious name of The Red Lady has captured the compelling blend of innocence and twisted circuitry that is the 3A Square. I can only imagine that she took to photographing this troubled toy as well as she might have to cooking delicious cajun food.. with ease, grace and an inherent know how derived from generations of family influence.

I must confess. I am probably a little biased. Today’s wallpaper is from my wife.

The WWR and WWRp squares have always been her favorite of 3A’s toys. She’s also a graphic designer and photographer herself. When this grand opportunity arrived for her to shoot some shots of the little bugger, she jumped at it.

OK, I asked her politely and she said she’d do it if I cleaned the kitchen.

Well the kitchen is clean and the photos are shot. We hope you enjoy!

Today’s wallpaper comes from the ever talented Kaiserfrog19.  He previously contributed in February and I’m happy to have more of his shots to share with you! ThreeA/Bandai’s love it or hate it Zaku is the focus of his images today. Kaiserfrog19 was fortuneate enough to be one of the few who was able to grab his Zaku early at Wondercon this year while the rest of us suckers have to sit slack jawed and wait for him to hit our doorstep.

Wednesday is upon us again. The beginning of the week safely behind us while the weekend looms in constant reminder that you have so little time to finish so much work! Wednesday is also the day we put up a fresh new wallpaper just for you!

This weeks Wednesday’s Wallpaper of the Week is by Dennisok. Since 3A decided to release an updated version of JC this week I felt it relevant to show off Dennisok’s fantastic image which captures just one of the many cool elements that makes JC such an awesome figure.  Thanks Dennis for the killer shot! Wednesday’s Wallpaper of the Week

It’s Wednesday, Wednesday gotta get down on Wednesday…

Yes, once again much like clockwork and quite akin to last weeks day of the same name (although an hour shy for some..) it is indeed Wednesday.

Over the past few weeks we here at Rad Toy Review started to expand our toy coverage to feature other select companies/toys that really resonate with us on a personal level. Most of the time that simply comes down to childhood nostaglia. He-Man, Star Wars, Transformers.. all sweet sweet nostalgia in present day plastic duds.

It seemed fitting then, to have this weeks wallpaper be yet another nod to days past with my friend Grish’s epic M.U.S.C.L.Es shot! I’d love to see the full collection of these guys. I have very vivid memories of stealing this kids Gordan’s Terri-bull figure in 3rd grade because he was one of the few I didn’t have. (Sorry Gordan).
